today was crazy. i drove to la to pick up wash and drop my turo from one driver to the next. woke up early handled my business and on the way home i got a call from the guest. they told me that they wanted to change the pick up location to my home location. she wanted to avoid the delivery fee. i didn't budge. turo prices have dropped, this is a holiday weekend and i had already dropped the vehicle off.
she tried to battle and negotiate with me. she called and i put her on the phone with my mom who understands the turo business so she could serve as customer service. you have to separate yourself from the business.
with turo prices dropping you are going to make your money on the delivery fee. for LAX i charge $100. Im booked up until august. i charge $75 for orange county and $50 for close to home. either way, nothing is free.
this is something i learned as a turo guest. everyone is charging for delivery and the more expensive the vehicle/further away from your home the more. the delivery free on the rolls royce i rented was like $250...
get your money yall. nothing is free and nothing is cheap. especially not in los angeles.
grab TURO boss or just $19 today.. limited to the first 20 people.i want it
